A local ladies darts team had to change their name and therefore needed new team shirts. We told them we could make embroidered patches to cover the embroidery that was already on their shirts, to save them the expense of completely new shirts.

We embroidered the patches, used a sticky backing and attached them to the polo shirts using a heat press.

Before photos

As you can see from the before photos, not all shirts were the same. Some had no team name, some had the team and player name, and some had no player names. We had to ensure the patch we were using to cover the old stitching would be big enough for each variation.

After embroidering the patches, they were cut out and then attached to the polo shirts.
